Migrate iSeries from Vscsi to Vfcs

• unmap all disks from vhosts on VIOS
• create virtual FC adapters on VIOS and map them to VIOS physical ports
• zoning, add host to your storage with generated WWN
• Start you LPAR, with specific option

Once the boot disk discoverd (30 min), you can boot on FC
