In an HACMP cluster, mirror-disk reactivation after SAN or storage failures is not automatic
Also rootvg should start mirroring automatically , or at least after a varyonvg, the datavg's will not start resync their mirrors until you stop/start the resources or that you issue the following commands on both nodes.
If lsvg -p RGxvg shows a missing pv:
