Cable quality OM1, OM2, OM3 and OM4 depending on speed and lenght
Pretty simple calculation. Divide by 10. (Each byte is 10 bits after encoding.)
4G (bps) ports provides 400MB/s ... 64G (bps) ports provides 6400MB/s
