TSMManager is not a Tivoli product, it's not free, but very efficient, and collect long term statistics

1. Copy c:\program files(86)\jamodat\tsmmgr_serv and ALL subdirectories from the old server to new server

2. Install the collector code normally on the new server

If you do it in this order, all is preserved.
